1. This shot shows the girl sitting on the piano with her sitting with a boy in the fade of the piano. The lyrics to this part says 'money can't buy you back the love that you had then' meaning that she is alone now but in her memory she was with the boy she is sitting with.
2. This is what I think the record company would want the artist to be represented like, because she is leaning back showing that she is a relaxed person and her clothing style really fits the song very well.
3. This is the shot which I think shows the type of music genre this song is. As he is playing an aucoustic guitar outside by a tree it makes it look a lot more indie like which is what the genre of the song is. The fact that he is sitting down by a tree shows that the song is most probably going to be relaxed and calm.
4. I find that this shot shows intertextuality as it shows what I think as teenagers being like, so this shot is an example of what most teenagers like doing which is going out with their friends and having fun partying and socialising with one another.
5. In my opinion I find that this shot shows camera work the most as it swoops from left to right in this scene of the video. I really like how the camera moves across the grass from left to right as it shows our group have come up with a variety of shot types.
6. I think that this shot shows the most lighting because you can see that it comes through from the right hand side down to the performers face which I think lookes good. For the party scene we decided to use lighting to make it look more like a party and I think that it worked out well.
7. I chose this shot for mise-en-scene because the atmosphere, the crowd and the background colours creates the scene of a party and makes it believable when you watch it. The way the performers are smiling also creates the illusion of a party as well.
8. I think that this long shot of Yasmin is quite similar to a shot in the song 'always where I need to be' by the Kooks at the time of 00.52. Around this same time they use the same kind of shots as we do in our video where Yas keeps moving around the room, but instead they keep switching round outside.
9. I also think that this shot of Rob on the guitar is similar to a shot in 'always where I need to be ' by the Kooks as well. This shot in the Kooks video happens at the time of 1.50. I think that these two shots look similar not because of the levels each guitarists are playing at but because of the similar position both are holding the guitar in.
